Describe the jewelry and its destination
List the jewelry types in the order and whether the package is for retail handover, gifting, storage or an assortment. Include the actual measurements and contact areas that must be protected. A marketing description such as “luxury” is useful as direction but cannot replace a dimensional brief.
Specify the selected references
Link each required component to a design reference. Attach placement drawings and color or finish references. If you need a modified size, say which dimensions change and how the jewelry will sit rather than treating the reference as a finished specification.
Make commercial inputs explicit
State quantity per design or component, required sample-review milestones and your target schedule. HC Packaging’s standard starting points are MOQ 3,000 pieces for non-molded packaging, sampling 24–48 hours and typical production 2–5 weeks; project details and scheduling determine what is quoted.
Separate open questions from requirements
Mark undecided inserts, material claims and artwork details as questions. A clear list lets the team resolve them before a specification is approved. Product origin, shipping, certification scope and final timing remain confirmation items rather than assumed advantages.
