Brief the packaging job
Provide the jewelry dimensions, reference designs, components, quantity and intended retail or shipping arrangement. State which details are fixed and which need a proposal.
Review the proposed configuration
Align structure, insert, artwork and surface requirements. Record revisions by component so a change to one ring box is not silently applied to the whole assortment.
Close the approval
Retain the chosen sample, artwork version, dimensional record and outstanding actions. Confirm final timing against specifications, quantity, processes and production scheduling rather than treating an early target as a guarantee.
