Identify which components need FSC sourcing, recycled content or a particular end-of-life assessment. A company certificate is distinct from the claim recorded on the order.
Follow the evidence
Ask for the holder, site, scope and validity relevant to the requirement. Review the finished construction, including inserts and coatings, before approving customer-facing wording.
