Compare recorded fields
List the source-documented size, construction, insert, color and printing description for each design where available. Missing fields stay missing; do not fill them with a neighboring product’s data.
Add the jewelry-fit requirement
Record the actual jewelry dimensions and desired placement beside each reference. A recorded box size may not describe the usable internal space, and matching size alone does not establish a suitable insert.
Separate optional requests
A desired finish, changed dimension or new insert is a request for discussion. It should not be displayed as a confirmed property of the photographed reference. The selected quotation defines the agreed configuration.
Make the shortlist traceable
Keep the design identity attached to every image and specification. Compare the alternatives for one presentation job, then pass the selected references and unresolved questions into the RFQ. Company MOQ and timing remain qualified starting points rather than product-specific promises.
