Collect the artwork references
Identify logos, required text and placement priorities for each component. Provide a consistent color reference and identify which finish is intended on which area. A photographed effect is direction, not proof that a particular process will be used.
Review the physical arrangement
Compare the jewelry, insert and opening sequence against the sample. Check cards and supporting pieces in the same arrangement. Record adjustments by component so a change to one box is not silently applied to all formats.
Document the approved state
Keep the selected dimensions, material descriptions, artwork version and requested changes in one review record. Approval of a design reference alone does not settle every production detail.
Plan timing around decisions
Standard sample lead time is 24–48 hours and typical production is 2–5 weeks. These are company starting points; specifications, quantity, process and scheduling affect the final plan. Agree the project’s milestones instead of treating an early sample estimate as a delivery guarantee.
