Define the counter interaction
State how staff will present the piece, remove it for inspection and return it to the package. Rings, watches and flexible necklaces have different handling requirements; a mixed assortment needs separate placement decisions.
Measure the complete handover
Include the jewelry box, any pouch, care card and other approved components before briefing the carrying bag. The outer carrying requirement follows the complete arrangement, not just the nominal size of one inner box.
Coordinate the visual system
Identify which components share the same artwork and which need different information. Keep color and finishing references together while confirming material and production requirements component by component.
Review the kit as one purchase
Evaluate the selected samples in the intended handover sequence. Discuss optional or missing pieces before approving the program. Final quantity per component and production timing are confirmed against the actual order.
