Group references by the job they perform, then keep the exact identity and unanswered questions with each one. A coordinated set and a single-item box should not be compared as if they have the same component scope.
Use one row per reference
Record the jewelry type, proposed component, known source fields and reason for selection. Keep an image attached so similarly named designs remain distinguishable.
Move from inspiration to request
Choose which references proceed to fit and artwork review. Requests for new colors, dimensions or inserts remain proposed changes until the selected configuration is confirmed.
