Make the question precise
A recycled-paper requirement concerns a particular material and supporting documentation. It should not be expanded into an assertion about a fabric insert, ribbon or the entire packaging system.
Protect the intended function
Compare the proposed material with fit, handling and appearance requirements on the selected sample. A lower-material or alternative-material concept is a proposal to evaluate, not proof of an environmental outcome.
